Thank you I didn't realize I was doing it wrong .
I've just been using the reply button when commenting, I did not realize I was doing it wrong my apologies
this was in response to the amount of speed up tokens in ratio to the amount of epic buildings being produced ...

I'm not exactly sure what or who you were replying to. In many cases it helps if you quote the message you are replying to so it makes it easier to understand who you are responding to and they could then respond to your question. After you hit reply, just hit the quote on the top right and type your response underneath. Do this especially if the message you are responding to is not the last message in the thread. It helps a lot with context.
you may be able to edit your response and add in the quote, I'm not sure, never tried it that way.
The greater number of epic buildings and receiving less speed of tokens if that makes sense

While much of what EA does doesn't make sense it simply is and it's their ball so they get to make the rules.
in regards to what Epic Buildings generate EA claims they create Speed Token "fragments" that add up to usable Speed Tokens so even those things you see flying off the top of your building look like fully functioning tokens they are merely tiny pieces of what we truly want so maybe as we add more building the pieces keep getting broken into smaller and smaller bits due to overcrowding.
Hey, it's early I haven't had my coffe yet it's the best I could do!

LOL That's stretching the mouse cord mighty thin with that one. 🙂 LOL Oh boy! I'd love to hear EA's official justification.
It takes me 19 gold collections just to make 1 gold speed-up token, so i'm now purposely making silver speed-up tokens, since the collection amount is still relatively small in comparison. I think 8 collections? I have over 60 Epic Projects, and also don't see myself stopping since I have so much Simoleons and very little to spend it on (i'm out of space).

As of right now, it still only takes me 8 pieces to make 1 silver speed-up token. I think my gold is at 10 and bronze is at 5. I have 60 epic buildings: 16 bronze, 26 silver and 18 gold
I cant verify the gold right now as I have 9 and it wont let me collect any more pieces until I am under 5 and I have nothing to speed up right now...

Where do you see the 'pieces' of tokens?

So it seems that only gold requirement is affected by the number of gold epic projects you have. Bronze/Silver seem to be a constant regardless of how many bronze/silver projects?

That seems like a really really weird conclusion given you initially need 3 for bronze, 6 for silver and 9 for gold 😉
Anyway, *none* of them is affected by the number of epic buildings you have, take a look at my last post 🙂
(short version for reference: the requirements go up after you complete more tokens, not after you make more buildings)

As of today, it takes me 12 gold tokens to make 1 gold speed-up. Silver has increased to 9 and bronze is at 5. Gold and silver just recently increased. I currently have 63 epic buildings. I have 18 gold buildings, 27 silver and 18 bronze
