Epic project

I have reached level 37 but I still can’t build an epic project.No notifications on any of the buildings even though I have put a lot of specialization near many buildings that have been upgraded to the maximum.Those specialization is public library,oslo opera house,heliport,contemporary art museum,OMEGA tube terminal,water park,waterfront wharf,surfer beach and high school.i hope you can help if there are other problems or let me know what else I need.Thank you for your latest reply.Very good service.May EA continue to thrive and be the best game.Keep improving.iI always support you!

    Hello,

    Have you completed the tutorials on the Department of Epic Projects and the Town Hall? If you have bubbles over them it might be blocking the Epic bubble from showing up. You must complete those tutorials before the Epic Projects show up. You can see this useful album here which I found on the SimCity Buildit Reddit. It shows all the steps required in detail.

    Same issue. Completed the tutorials. Still no project
