error "403 Forbidden Request forbidden by administrative rules."

I am trying to play simcity buildit on FB and every time I get the error "403 Forbidden  Request forbidden by administrative rules."  I've tried deleting the app and reconnecting it to the game on my phone.  I also tried two different browsers (safari and firefox 2) but no luck.  Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

    Try logging out of your user account here in the forum and shutdown your device completely. Give it a couple of minutes or so and re- enter the forum and log in and see if it eliminates your issue. Worked for a member of our club, can’t explain why.
