Error Cod: 60002.504.999 - Player id:0

Hey I had this issue too, the problem is Google play games, in my case its not because of multiple accounts, if you are having this issue then I found the solution'First you must uninstall simcity built it, then I recommend plugging your tablet, android, iPhone, etc.... Into your computer, turn on USB storage, then search your device, for the word 'sim' once you have found the folder delete it and any contents in it, if it doesn't delete then simply move the folder to another folder, now unplug it, now do this : (unsure if this helped but its what i did) (then use your device to go to Google play games, find simciy built it, click on the x and unlink it to Google play games,) now head back to Google play, reinstall the game, finally play the game, finish part of the tutorial till you are able to get Daniels city go back to your city, and click on the friends button if it has login Facebook, choose Facebook do not try Google login ever again till they find a fix, Something is wrong with that app... Now it should prompt you with a option to choose the city you were working on before the error occurred.but I think it will only prompt you if you had logged in with Facebook first. 

 I apologize if this msg is a bit compact I am using my tablet, I hope it works for anyone having that error,  I would go into more detail but like I mentioned tablet, I might update it once I am home. Good luck! Happy gaming

I am getting a Error code of 60002.500.999 - Player id: 785742343.  This is the third time I have run into this problem and this is the third time I have reported this problem (the last two times I called the problem in.)  Each and every time they have told me to uninstall the app and reinstall my saved game when the tutorial is over.  THIS DOES NOT WORK!  DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

The problem is this problem is caused because the saved game has become corrupted on their server and there is no longer a saved game to recover.  It is totally gone.  They have told me that this is because I am playing this game on too many devices but this has never been the case as I have only had this app on one device at a time.  

Then they have told me this is a problem with my phone but this cannot be the case either because I have replaced my phone since the last time this error happened.  The fact is they have no clue what is causing this problem because their technical staff do not communicate with each other and none of them want to even acknowledge that there is even a problem to begin with.  However since we can see the numerous complaints on-line we can see this problem has been going on for quite some time.  They just simply do not want to admit that they do not know what to do about it.

Now in 2020 i got this error too. I have did some suggestion on this thread. Now, please help me to get my old city. I have 85k+ population in this game. I wont start new game becouse i have spent money for this game.

Somebody and EA Support please help me.
