Error when searching for a Club by Hashtag

So I was searching for a Club by Hashtag and I always get the error message displayed in the Screenshot given.
Is there any solution?

@skorpion1298 Have you tried typing in the club name? There has been an issue with the hashtag off and on for the last couple of years. Good luck.
I have tried typing in the club name and the hashtag of the club I want to join and I keep getting the Mayor's Club Error, try again later. I've been trying for days. The club name is Dragon Empire, #PHKPNP. What's the problem?
@sceleste54 Can you search other clubs? How does it look when you browse clubs?
- @SummitVista3310 Yes I can and have joined another club. Just can't find this club. My other city has its own name, could it be because both cities are mine?
@sceleste54 Hmmm I first thought you probably are sent to the naughty island (hacker server). I can search the club you mentioned. if you are in NI, you can’t see clubs in the normal server.
Also you have penalty if you are kicked out of a club for multiple times. You have to wait to search/join for a certain amount of time.
1st time 30m
2nd time 24h
3rd time 48h
4th time 72h
5th time 7 days
those 2 are I can think of at the moment, you are at NI and can’t join a normal club or you were kicked out from the club for multiple times...?
