Error

I'm wating for the loading bar for 3 minutes but it still say connect to server...

    Hi @1019kien_vn25 - Are you trying to play SimCity BuildIt? Are you still having this issue? 

    Here are some basic connection troubleshooting steps https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/ If you're still experiencing the issue, please reply back with more details. Did you just install the game, or have you successfully played it before and this issue just started? What are trying to do exactly (load the game, enter a city?) 

    We really need more details in order to help
