Experience level 18 with level 20 disasters?

I reported a lot the past year. Ea is not interrested in dealing with cheaters anymore. I followed the groups i reported players from and they are still playing even whe.n I reported them. Ea is only interrested in bugs because if you cant play they wont make money! Too bad. 4 years ago there!was a helpdesk for it but not any.ore
Why would cheaters pay any money, they cheat to win.
- @schiphol-plaza I agree. I've come across several cheating clubs, but no amount of reporting does any good. They just are not interested in taking action against these cheats. My Club no longer engages with them, just repairs damaged cities to obtainwar items to be used in the next war.
We call those wars collect wars. We score at least 100 points and win 5 keys. Sometimes we do score to get upgrades with vu. Every 4 wars we meet chuch a group.
- Nobody, even EA can explain how this is possible because it's technically not possible. A city at level 20 can never ever in life create a disaster at level 20 or even more disasters at level 20
and the next thing we found out is, the most of the wars with cheaters are during lightning wars. in our club around 80 percent of all wars against cheaters are during lightning wars. So we will skip all lightning wars in the future. When a lot of many more clubs will do the same then lightning wars will become an "only cheater challenge" and they can beat each other's heads in. And the honestly playing clubs do only the normal ones without the cheaters. Oh oh it seems i'm dreaming ;-)
