Facing a war team in Arena 4 that has very little experience

Hi All. We are currently in a war in Arena 4 [3400+] against a team of very inexperienced players. Has anyone else encountered this ? President is War Rank 10, One player at War Rank 2 and 11 play...

Could be a club which lost key members who’s taking their lumps, it could be area 4 isn’t what it used to be, or it could be a feeder club.  Doesn’t sound strange to me.
