Factories: nano tech vs. high tech
Is there an actual difference between the nano tech and high tech factories apart from the dirty radius disappearing? Like, does it manufacture raw materials faster?
It does make a difference later in the game when your city becomes very large and the residential area starts to be close to your industrial area. The pollution will knock down your popularity level until you switch to the cleaner nano factories.
