We had to wait 12 hours or longer for the opponent as we where no 1 so some of us until our club drops a bit while others catch up to our rank. have joined other clubs, but in the last6 to 7 wars they never attack my city am lucky if I get attacked 1 pair war. they tend to attack the ones with the higher lvl cards. say lvl 6 or 7 mines are lvl 6 my best ones the movie monster and dance shoe lvl 3. am I, not a threat to them, do they think I am too weak to bother with, if so I let them know who is weak, i changed my city name to Cybermen Delete-U to prove to them I am not weak but its not worked, they still not touch my city, its not fair.
By the way, I love the name you chose! We are Dr. Who fans. 🙂
As far as attacks go, I normally hit the players with no or low scores most of the time. I try not to hit the high scorers because it only gives them more ammo to hit.
I am curious - are you attacking often? Maybe change your strategy. If you normally hit the low scorers, try hitting the high scorers.
There are some wars where we are constantly hitting and being attacked. Then, there are wars like the one we just finished where the other team was slow to repair. Makes you wonder how they got the score they have as a group.
Most of my cards are level 2 and 3. It does not seem to matter, as I do get attacked. I know I will get attacked if I use Dancing Shoes or my favorite - the Move Monster. 🙂
But, I doubt it is the level of your cards. It's just human nature and very hard to predict what someone will do. I think if you attack as often as you can, you will get attacked.
Hope to hear some good news from you. For most of us, getting attacked is the only way we ever get a stupid hydrant!

I have a question regarding the strongest card. Often, when I look at the the strongest card I see for example "Disco Twister" while he/she is using Film Monster or Spiders.
So what's the logic behind that?
Do we see a Card with maximum amount of points or the card on the max level?

I believe you are referring to the potential 2 cards an opponent has when war starts? You can see 2 possible cards. My strongest card is the movie monster, but I do not always get to use it. So, I may end up using my comic hand more often. When that happens, you will see both cards by my city. A comic hand and a movie monster. If I could use the movie monster all the time, it would show that card twice.
Now, as your cards level up, your points go up as well. So now my comic hand is no longer 110 points per hit, but 145 for a level 5 card.
There really is no logic, but the amount of energy and war items a person has to use their strongest card. I will add that you need to watch as your cards level up. Reason being, my disco twister is a level 2, uses 6 energy, gives 6 damage, but provides 660 points. My magnetism card is a level 2, gives 3 damage and only uses 2 energy for 330 points. I could use my magnetism card 3 times, get 990 points for using the same amount of energy. 🙂 Of course, I need to have all of the right war items, but that is the beauty of watching your cards level up.
I never use the tentacle vortex - it is a level 4, gives only 2 damage and uses 3 energy - the points are up to 265, but still not worth wasting my energy on that card yet.
