Hi, I have a possible glitch with my police, fire and health. When clicking the Services icon all three of those services are Red, indicating a problem. However none have a residential area displaying red, all seems to be well within the green coverage areas. Any ideas? Baggers0161.

Yeah I have the same issue - I've spent simoleans and actual $$ and am really pissed. Customer support says to restart the iPad - force quit it...wait for the next update. They don't seem to do updates for bug fixes - just significant game changes and whatnot

As you can see from my stats demand does not exceed supply by far but I still get alarms and abandoned buildings....grrrrrr. And the cost of the control net coverage is very frustrating with the initial limitation of the Neobank.....impossible to expand without having abandoned homes - and balancing the cost of drone coverage......grrrrrr again.

JUST FIGURED IT OUT!!! This is caused by one of your roads that is connecting your services (water, power, etc) is not attached!! You can have all the services in the world, but if there is a tiny gap in your road, those services aren't providing to your city! Wow, barely noticed it, now I'm getting my people back. Look at the roads carefully!

Shows in key that I have fire coverage lapse yet nothing is highlighted red.

@Newbie_newber This isn’t the issue with mine. I try to move my services elsewhere or change the roads and nothing works.

@contochiuso Some of my services haven’t moved, nor have the roads around them, and yet it’s still saying it’s not covered.

Oh wow, I didn’t even realised I must have taken away that road when I was reorganising. They were connected to roads, but you were right, the mountain side wasn’t attached to the beach side.
