After the last update, the Frosty Fjords region has snow on the buildings on the green grassy side of the river. It looks weird because the buildings are white and the surrounding background is green. Before the update buildings on the green side of the river didn’t have any snow on them any they looked great against the background. Has anyone else noticed this? I hope this will be fixed in a future update.

I see you are concerned because there is no snow over the mountainside buildings in the Frosty Fjords region and snow appeared in different region though. It can be annoying to see such issue in the game. Allow me to explain the issue further.
With very recent game update it seems new feature has been introduced like climate change. I do believe after sometime you will start seeing the snow everywhere in the individual region. Sometime you will see the greenery only rather than seeing snow.
Attached screenshot states that few buildings has snow because those buildings are inbuilt with snow and were earned during winter season or events.
However, we'll make sure to forward the information to the game team for further checking and possible changes which should not bother our players during game play.

I could accept that as an answer if there was some consistency to the buildings, but I have "Green" ones in the white area, and white ones in the green area now. Ugly!!

Still shaking my head. This once beautiful landscape is destroyed. And they blame Climate Change.
I think the problem is more than this. If you take a building and store it, then put it back it will reset the correct background (ie: green on green or snow on snow) on one side of the fjord but if you look on the opposite side of the fjord that will now be wrong (ie: green on snow or snow on green). It seems to do it with all buildings in the same category like parks, rewards, upgradable buildings etc. It is impossible to have both sides looking right. EA please fix. This is my favourite region.
hope you are happy now. All my Frosty area has no snow. I build the way I did because I love the snow. Always wish we had some on the other side. Snow is beautiful on any building. It is Frosty Region.
I've been able to create the problem.. or at least I can tell you when it blew up for me. I started a frosty fjord normally, building along the frosted side, and opened the block at the end of first bridge on the green side. I drew a quick road (on the green side) and installed (drag-drop) a fire, police, health and a regional, all small size. That broke the region for me - the houses on the frosty side were all 'normal', not frosty. The region has been corrupted ever since.
I'm trying to create a truth table of the bug. it's weird. Definitely one for the dev. team.. who are doing an excellent job, btw, I'm really impressed with the game overall. This is a major bug that corrupts the frosty fjords map. Time to brew some coffee.
I wish I could say the same for me. Still a glitch on all my devices.
