With the latest update it seems the game has issues with galaxy s5. My friends galaxy s5 updated to the latest version with no problem. But my other galaxy s5 says game is no longer compatible. The only difference between the two devices is one is on at&t and the other is verizon. The one on At&t says not compatible.

Hey Everyone, I think I got it. (Atleast for Android users, I don't own a iPhone) Go to your settings, go to applications and open up the Google play app, hit uninstall updates, next time you open the Google play store it will launch a much more generic version of the app. Search for Sim City Buildit in the store and you should be able to do an update...Seems to be working for me now.

I have same problem on my Verizon Ellipsis. Mine is incompatible now, at level 45, but my husband s identical tablet updated just fine.
