Game crashing after update 1.27.4
The new update makes my game crash constantly. Playing on iphone 6 Plus. Already rebooted, deleted, re-installed, submitted an in-game help ticket.

Hi Mai i did the update on my ipad4 and now the game keeps restarting all the time??? so i cant play?

My wife is having exactly same problem on her ipad air. Games crashes at about 80%. Have tried everything to fix. However her game does work on her iPhone 6??. Also my game continues to work on my ipad air, but when I try to travel to my wife's city, my game crashes. This has all happened since the latest update.
Hi EA! My simcity works fine after the update no proplem but i have one proplem actually. When i finished my new epic project building today in Cactus Canyon region i noticed that i didn’t get any token even I remember i finished to 40 tokens and i noticed that all my epic projects in capital city doesn’t have any tokens at all and show instead the residential sign and when i click on the epic project HQ it doesnt show when the next epic project will begin. Normally when you have finished epic project the next epic project will come 12 hours right? Yesterday everything was fine but i dont know whats the problem today! Please help people what should i do? Should i delete the game and redownloaded again or should i wait until EA fix the issue ? and i want to ask if anyone have the same propblem as i do becuase it would be helpful to tell me.

- I’m having the crashing problem too trying to switch from green valley to my main city. Stuck in a crashing loop. iPhone 6, IOS is up to date.
I have 2 iPads, a Pro with the most current OS release, and an old iPad 3 with iOS 9.3.5. The game loads fine on both (no crashes), but I lost all the Epic speedup tokens that were on the buildings. I can visit other cities fine as well (at least the ones I've gone to so far).
I just started the game just to see that i can enter my city again!! \o/ Yay - Thank you ❤️

Just carried out the upload on my wife's iPad and everything appears to be working properly again. She is a very happy wife now 🙂 🙂

I have an iPhone 6+ with the latest iOS, and mine crashes ever since I downloaded the latest update (on 4/10/19), anytime I am in my Capital City, the game crashes after a few seconds. If I am lucky to switch to another town (like Frosty Fjords), I am fine. But when going back into the Capital City, it crashes again. I've restarted the phone and closed all apps and the cashes persist. I submitted a post yesterday, but since this thread is alive, thought I would log it.

Exactly same problem , constantly crash since last update on iPhone 6+. Please fix it, EA
Tried reinstall IOS, reinstall SimCity. Quit the club, remove buildings... Still crash, always got jetsamEvent
STILL!! Game still crashes, unable to play. Is there anyone looking into this???
