Game Crashing Expanding Last City Area

I’ve been trying since yesterday to expand the last city area and every time I try the game closes.  I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but it didn’t help  Anyone having this issue?

EAGames have supplied me with a case number and a list of configuration details they require. However the email that the case advisor used is a no reply address. No other link in the email is useful for providing the required information. I went to the case via their case interface, but the only option was to close the case.

HOW DO I PROVIDE EAGAMES WITH THE INFORMATION THEY REQUIRE?

As an aside I don’t believe providing them with that level of detail will move the case forward, as the problem is so widespread that it is not necessary to provide that level of detail.

As a reminder the problem is “trying to expand the last city area causes a crash”. This problem exists on both city and regional areas. Many people have this issue.
