game dosen't load from server
Someone had this issue? game dosen,t load after playing a bit offline, always show that popup ask ti restore the game form server but dont do, about 15 days i got this issue

This definitely looks like an issue that in-game support can help solve. Your "upload from server" button is blue, not grey, so if you click it I personally don't see any reason it shouldn't load. I agree with @PinnacleValley ; Try contacting in-game support again. Create a new request/ticket if necessary. Make sure they have your correct email address and be sure and check your spam folder for any messages you may have missed or that may be arriving soon.

I really hope that support can help because i'm very desperate, 5 years the buid that city, i opened 3 tickets but 15 days and nobody answer me yet 😞
