I am really getting frustrated now. I tried chatting to resolve the issue. I cleared cache. I deleted and reinstalled the game. It has been over a day now and no access on two different devices. I am losing my progress in the competitions and my ability to advance in the game. Where is the resolution???

I've got the same issue, however I could log in to my 2nd city, and then when I switched my main city still won't work
