Games that don't run in Zenfone 5 with 16GB

That phone does have 2GB RAM but the CPU is not listed in the specs so maybe the incompatibility lies there.

So, a Intel CPU its incompatible with this games?

Are you allowing the game to have the permissions it requests?

@gabrielfga -- Your device certainly has better technical specifications than the cheap 7" tablet I play on.  Here is what I found online:

Asus Zenfone 5, shipped April 2014, Android OS 4.3(Jelly Bean), upgradable to v4.4.2(Kit Kat)

Chipset: Intel Atom Z2580
CPU: Dual-core 2 GHz
GPU: PowerVR SGX544MP2

I'd ask first what happens when you try to download or run the app?  Does it let you download it?  If not, that might be Google Play not recognizing what your device can do.  If Google Play allows you to download the app, but it doesn't run afterwards, make sure all other apps are closed and be sure to fully power cycle your device to ensure nothing is taking up memory/clock cycles in the background.

Are you connected to cellular data or to WiFi when you try to download the game.  Sometimes, phones are set to disallow large downloads via cellular data to prevent you from accidentally causing an overage on your data plan.  If this is the case, connecting to Wi-Fi should resolve the issue.

Do you know anybody else with this same device?  Are they able to download and run this game?  If the issue hasn't been resolved yet, feel free to post a reply to this thread and let us know what you have tried already.

I can't even download the game, and I search for cases in the internet with the same problem and I found one single person with this same problem. Unfortunately I don't know anyone who have the same phone. I don't know if have a way to contact Google Play if the problem are they don't recognize my phone.

@gabrielfga When you try to download the game, does Google Play tell you that it's not compatible?  Does Google Play not even show the game to you?  Or does it try to download the game and you then get some kind of error or it just quits?  Also, which version of the Android Operating System is installed in your phone?

Google Play tell me it's not compatible, i can't see the game in the Play Store app, only in the website i can see the game, but can't install =/

Hi, Zenfone 5 has 2 types of CPU. My LTE version of this phone has Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8926, 1200 Mhz 4 Cores. And I have the same problem with compatibility.

Google play won't even show those games in the store. Is there any way I can download the .apk directly from you, EA?
