I'm still getting this issue. I have reported a bug.
The problem I reported is that I never get the items shown in the two boxes before the Video is shown. e.g. if SimCash and Deckchair is shown before the advert, I will never get simcash or a deckchair, they will display in the boxes I didn't select at the end.
