Glitch on the game sim city built it

Twice, with the second happening today. I set items to production for COM task and when I came back later to check, factories were empty like I never did it. Now, happening one time, yeah, ok, it might had been my mistake but, a second time?  I knew it was not my mistake the first time either. First time happened yesterday.  Please fix.  Also the games is slow in the morning. Also freezes often causing me to close the game and reopen a new on. This things didn't happen before the last update.
