All the problems because there is no time limit on advertising stuff. Until the item is not sold, it will show all the time, and since all these donuts, watches and accessories Dr. Wu buy bad, they have accumulated a lot there. One need only decreased in numbers during commercials to 5 minutes and no problems!
I still believe that the simplest solution is a filter.
Filter certainly convenient but the server is overloaded with an insane amount of advertised items.
They should at least limit the first time advertising to 5 minutes, to sell or buy something became very difficult.
