Global trade hq bug

Hello so i have been playing for almost a month and im at level 24 and the global trade hq, mayor house and the vu fortress doesn't work at all they have onky worked when i have unlocked them. So if someone can help it would be amazing.

    Hey @Miri123zoro , are you talking about the mayor's mansion? What do you mean by "doesn't work"? Nothing happens when you click on those buildings? How does it reflect in-game?

    So i says that its not available even though im at level 25 and i have unlocked them. And i was thinking for the mayor club house and the fu fortress and ofc the global trade hq too.
