Global Trade Market...questions...concerns...complants!!!

The whole Global Market needs a refresh. Maybe add the concept of a buy order? I want to buy # of resource X and pay a maximum of Y$. And have those take up some slots. That way people don't have to keep refreshing the market and spastically click on items in hopes of getting them before the next guy.

The system is plainly said: broken. I can't read anything official about how the developers feel about this system. Maybe someone has a link?
