So i tried explaining this issue before but I guess I wasn't clear enough, the connection from the bridge become corrupted and cant be replaced or removed. Trying to remove roads or lines that intersect with that connection causes game to glitch and crash. So trains no longer use bridge and I can't connect both parts of the city by trains and can't try fixing the problem myself.
I have encountered the same issue with railroads in Green Valley. My train bridges got broken after the last game update. I have reported the issue to the helpdesk/customer service but they did not help (basically I was asked to rebuild the railroads again despite me saying that the railroads would not connect anymore).
The only way I found to get my train stations to work again was to connect each of them to themselves. (Kinda stupid but better than nothing. At least I can still dispatch trains efficiently).
I am waiting for the bugs to be fixed and have left the required space for railroads to connect once the issue is resolved.
I had the same problem with the train lines at the bridge too, but now I can not access my Green Valley city at all, the game just crashes when I go to Green Valley. Sounds like a major bug to me, hope it gets resolved soon.
