Green Valley Zone Upgrade Residential Bug?

I keep having an issue with getting credit for upgrading the residential zone challenge for green valley for CoM. Most of the time when I do the upgrade 3 homes in green valley at least one of them won’t count for me and I end up having to upgrade 4 homes to get it to complete. Now with the new update I have the challenge under the bonus section where you now use tickets to get the assignment and the challenge is for x1 residential home upgrade in green valley. I just upgraded a home and am not getting credit again. I know there is the glitch/bug where the trains assignment task wasn’t registering either. Is anyone having this issue with the same challenge as me ??
