help! Her city that was banned without cheating.

@BlazinsZ  Great to see you. I think there might be a little confusion on what has transpired. I read the initial post (prior to CM modifications) and it was very clear what had happened especially when you look at one of the attachments with reference notes included...I ignored the post as it simply was an attempt to rally folks to her aid to get EA to take another look. Unfortunately one of our active participants provided some encouragement and support (I’m guessing they simply skimmed and didn’t read) and she became somewhat empowered and determined she wasn’t wrong so I responded to the encourager in an effort to help them understand what was happening to which the initial poster engaged me and I tried to help her comprehend as well, unfortunately it was much more of a task than I bargained for. After three threads (2 combined here and 1 in the support section) she finally tired and decided to move on while still pleading for help.
A brand new participant to the forum (which I’m always excited to see) arrived yesterday and shared what everyone was probably thinking, certainly my first impression as well and rejuvenated this conversation which the originator put to bed Saturday. No problem, personally I like to hear someone’s opinion even if it’s polar opposite of mine (in this case it wasn’t). There is absolute concrete evidence of what transpired based on what she stated and what she provided from EA, her daughter was removed for using hacking tools and as she continued to press EA shared that “trading accounts are prohibited“ (which confirms my point on feeders). Sadly she had difficulty in grasping the facts and I simply walked her through the process...I honestly felt sorry for her, not from the cheating aspect...but from the comprehension side. If you read through the volume you will see I constantly encouraged her to accept the facts and move on. Take care my friend, great to see you back.
