Help just updated sim city buildit, can’t access many options,

Help can’t access lots of features after upgrading to latest version and starting Kyoto missions, no access to factories, can only collect, previous item, can’t make materials, or sell item .  Can’t attack monsters, can’t buy products,  I can send passengers on trains, and if got required item can upgrade Biuldings,   Game is totally messed up, spent a lot of money and hours on this game,  what do I do to fix it
