Help! Mayor’s Club
I’m at level 20 and when I try to go to the mayors club it still says “required level 18’. It’s been like it for ages and nothing I do makes any difference!

It won’t let me add a screen shot. It just says Requires: Level 18. Tried uninstalling, re installing. I’ve entered my age properly (30s)
@TashHarris098 have you saved your city to Game Center or Facebook? If so, try these steps and see if that helps solve your issue. If this doesn’t help, you may need to contact the support desk.
- Restart your device
- Uninstall and reinstall the game
- Choose your correct age
- Play through the tutorial city ( Level - 1 ) until you see the social login options in game setting
- Reconnect to retrieve your saved city
【CAUTION】 If you did not previously save your city please do not attempt this step . Deleting an unsaved city from your device will delete the city forever .

I’ve tried all of those steps and the same problem exists. I’ve also installed on my iPad and it’s the same.
I'm having the same issue. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled and verified correct age, 35 so no child filter.

Same issue has been reported in other fan forums the last few days. Seems this glitch is happening to a lot of mayors, and EA hasn’t provided any solution so far.
Contact technical support through in game.
Setting> Help> Contact us.you can find your player ID under “More FAQ” section.
