I’ve played for 9 years but now I can not log in. I have loaded and unloaded the app several times. I went into ea site and my account to find an email address that I done not recognise.
how do I get my game back? City is moonbase alpha. Thank you in advance. Or is it possible to speak to an ea Person?

If you logged into your account and are seeing an email you don't recognize, it would be best to contact the support team directly just in case someone else gained access to your account.
As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.
You can create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.
Note that if you're just trying to contact support for your game account specifically, these steps would be more applicable, and you would need your Player ID. If there's an issue affecting your EA account in general though, try the earlier steps and support should be able to take a look with you.
