How can l find out why 1% of my sims aren’t happy?

I’ve been stuck on 99% for years on my main city, other regions are at 100% I’ve never been able work out why. Any ideas? I have plenty of everything and all buildings are covered by all utilities. ...

    @phillipb2020 Tap on "Government" You will then see a load of little green smiley faces - and one little stubborn one who may be red or yellow.
    Go tap that house and it will tell you what's making it unhappy 🤣

    Thanks for that, turns out they’re not happy to live near the city storage 🫤

      Please note there is no quick way of finding out why they are not happy in the regions - there is no Government function.
      If they ain't happy you need to either wait for a red hat or go tap on houses manually 😱

    I have main and 3 regions happy but my fourth is 99% since a year now. How can you see the,happyness in a region? I cant find the problem. I read back but there shod be a way to see

      Sims in fully upgraded buildings want to live near a park. Make sure all your buildings are covered by parks! No park coverage might cause unhappiness.

      @schiphol-plaza You just need to tap on each house in the region and it will tell you what the issue is that they are unhappy about.
      Or you may have a request for Landmarks or Entertainment floating above the house.
      Or they could be unhappy about living too close to something, like the coconut farm, in Sunny Isles or oil plant in Cactus Canyon or the Mulberry Grove in Limestone Cliffs.
      They don't mind living next to the Green Factory in Green Valley, there's no issue with that.
      I still don't have Frosty Fjords unlocked, despite my best efforts so I cannot comment on whatever is used there.
      In my regions, the regional storage causes no issues but City Storage in the Capital freaks them out.
      In a nutshell, in the regions it could be easier to find out why they are unhappy but the developers have made it the way it is.

        Tnx for explaining. All houses are green but they want some parks. Thats also the case in my other regions and capital and gives no error there. I will check again tomorrow. Perhapt i overlooked.
