Because they are cheating.
Why the game developers are not putting a stop to it is the real question. By allowing the rampant growth of the cheater group the developers are effectively killing off the players who pay to play.
a sure way to know you are up against cheaters is to look at their population - which many times will be quite low - sub 500k — and then look at their average war score and spells used. The war score will be huge and the spells used will almost always be a super high level magnetism spell. I have played for several years and my magnetism spell is only level 5 — cheaters will have magnetism spells as high as level 20 which is just impossible with populations as low as 40k.
The "thing" is not the population, it's the needed amount of the keys, example:
You need 3694 golden keys for magnetism 20 and 7388 golden keys for the giant horn to level 20.
How you can get such a huge quantity of keys?
VU-Tower? Shipping-Transports? COM?
You need money to buy the premium COM-Content (you get 70 golden keys) and reach a high level in the COM.
So you must have to had a high level im COM-Playing, when you want to raise your cards and a strictly focus on the
War-Cards (and not to buy other things like seas with your keys...)
My 1st city has Magnetism 19 and Level 118 in COM. (i play a lot of years this game)
By the way: My 2nd city has an population of 242000 peoples, and magnetism 12....
(so an 70k population is not a fact to see them as a hacker, the keys are important)
Let me be more clear — go to you tube and search and you will find “how to” videos showing exactly how to make unlimited amount of green cash dollars and gold in this game. With that you can buy your way to anything. There is rampant cheating going on in this game.
I gave population as a way of spotting them — many times the cheaters will have an overall low population and yet ultra high magnetism spell. There is no way a player with a “total” population of 40,000 can have a magnetism spell of level 20.
population is not always a true indicator- just sometimes — for example the war my group is in today is one again chock full of cheaters but this time many have huge populations—
the tell tale sign will be the over usage of certain spells — magnetism is by far the preferred spell of the cheater class — the number of war items needed to launch 10 magnetism spells is huge and there is no way 15 people are going to be able to do that unless they are cheating
It's not even the amount of keys that get me with the high upgrading of Magnetism to lvl 20... how the eff do these people earn so many disaster cards so quickly?
You buy the cards with green bucks - which you are able to get millions of when you use the cheat found on you tube - during wars the shop sells cards which normal folks can only buy a very few of - cheaters can buy the max every war —- cheating really has ruined the game - I used to purchase the monthly pass and the vu pass etc etc but there really is no reason for me to do so anymore as the cheaters can easily overwhelm you every war. Our last was the score was +1 million points for them and nowhere near that for us. It’s a shame as the wars used to be fun - now they are a joke. We used to encounter cheats every so often but now it is practically every war.
too bad - it will likely make my entire team quit the game soon.
