How do I get more bonsai?

This is where I know EA is full of it. I've been needing some bonsai as well. for a MONTH! I have been cycling planes by either filling the orders quickly or ordering a new plane. I've gone through at least 25 planes and not one bonsai. The odd of this to happen randomly are to damn high. I got plenty of other tokyo items at least. But right now I have 2 Tokyo buildings the just need bonsai. EA knock this bull**it off! We know what your doing!

Don't worry about getting bonsai. They come as often as the others, it seems, but if you're getting a bunch of the lanterns and bears, just keep selecting to refresh what your building needs until it comes up with what you have. You can do this and never, ever, need a bonsai.

Here another 2 weeks or so, at least another 10 airplanes with still no bonsai. Somethings obviously broken.

It's all random, like with the expansion items. One day you may get tons of shovels and stacks and the next day you may get a lot of gears and stacks. I hate the random bull * of this game. But most of all that pisses me off more than anything is the wait times on the majority of the production items. I never see anyone complain about that. Not one item should take longer that 1 hr. This bull * of 2-6 hr's or more needs to stop.

I think it uses an algorithm for items you don't need and gives you more of them. I find that if I sell off some valuable stuff (like cameras) I tend to get more of those items the next day. It's hard to explain but I had to dump some valuable storage items to make space and now all of a sudden they are constantly popping up.

I have about 12 kitties and no bonsai as well - so I know this doesn't answer your specific question but I think shows how they designed this to make it a very long game that we can't finish in a few weeks.
