How do you upgrade cactus zones?
For contest of mayors.
First, you must have Cactus Canyon unlocked, then you need to select and place a new Cactus Canyon Zone. For this assignment upgrading an existing Cactus Canyon building or any other type of existing building, or placing any other type of house (OMEGA, Frosty Fjords, Green Valley, etc.) IN Cactus Canyon, will not give you credit. You must place two Cactus Canyon Zones in any Region or Capital City AND upgrade each once to receive credit.
