How to build trains in the city?

If you find this complicated, there are couple youtube videos to help you with that.

In the Bottom right the Building icon, click that, then click mass transit, place what’s available next to a road next to buildings, for passengers’, then click the building roads icon, then select train tracks and go from there. I
