How to delete or replace a service such as power station

I have several power stations that I would like to upgrade to next higher version... how to delete a station and get some cash back towards a newer one?  Same with water station, waste, etc.

    Press and hold on the property you want to delete and wait for it to "levitate" and you will see options such as the "X" and the "Check" under the building. The bulldozer icon will be on the right of the screen - not very obvious.  You don't get money back for everything though.

    @GaryHymes I'm trying to delete a sewage water service, and when I press de bulldozer, shows a message saying that "Fnish the task before demolition".

    but I already have another sewage plant that is sufficient on its own for the number of residences the city has.

    How can I eliminate the extra plant?

    @Matutiten81 Do you have a note pad bubble on the sewage plant you want to demolish? (there are notepads for Vu tower tasks, war task etc. Each notepad has 3 tasks) 

    If so, you can't demolish the plant untill you complete all the tasks on the note pad I think.
