Please try going to a Commercial Building, such as the Hardware Store where hammers are made. Load it with hammers, tape measures, or shovels and while loading, on the lower right-hand side you will see a picture of the speed-up tokens. Click or tap on that. A window will open showing that you have two Llama tokens. Drag and drop one of the Llama tokens into your Hardware store. You will have then told the game that you understand how to use speed-up tokens and the tutorial will have been completed. The gold, winged helmet should now appear.
