How to recover account

My laptop is forcing me to factory reset it.........I would loose my SimCity progress. 

How can I get my account so I can sign in when its done? I don't have Facebook to connect it to.

    you can also backup your city by linking it to your Google Play account. that button is just to the left of the Facebook button. good luck with your reset.
