Huge icons and crafted items!

When I loaded the game on my tablet this morning I got huge icons and crafted items. No updates of any kind. I've been playing the game for years. Now it looks like a mess. How am I supposed to pick an item? Does anyone else have the same issue?

    I too have this problem, I try to uninstall and re-install the game and it fixes itself but then it glitches back. It really bugs me.

    @Asmodeus219190 I've contacted EA, they are aware of the glitch, but they wouldn't confirm they're going to fix it.
