Well that’s really disappointing. I am out of troubleshooting steps so if you haven’t already I’d recommend contacting the support team again. I really hope they can fix it quickly.
@hotdog9wiki yea me to basically anything that you can find on the internet I have done multiple tomes. Support contacted me & told me to try someone else’s account on mine & mine on someone else’s. But I have done that I have an old crap city from years ago under my main account. That one works fine on my iPhone & my Android. Support is just telling me all the same troubleshooting steps that are online. Thanks for the help.
