In game purchase glitch

For the past 3 days I can't purchase SimsCash or simple answer. It keeps giving the following 2 messages

Error processing purchase

The item is no longer available.

SimsCash and simoleons are not special limited time purchases. They are always available.

HI IS THERE ALREADY A SOLUTION TO THE BUG THAT DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ANY MORE AND THAT ALWAYS SHOWS THE SAME ERROR MESSGE: HELLO MAYOR THE ITEM THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO PURCHASE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE?
