Inserted for no apparent reason in tre cheater section of the game

after months and months from the apparent inclusion in the cheater section i did my research and discovered that i was actually inserted inside it. first of all i request to be removed from it. i have never resorted to any cheat. in fact, i have even purchased content inside the game several times. i expect an apology and some sort of compensation in simcash for what happened to me. i am an EA customer, who spends money on the content it develops (from apex legends to the purchase of games like the star wars series by respawn entertainment up to mobile games like this one). this is not the way to treat a loyal customer.
