Internet connection PROBLEM

Since last actualization of Simcity Buildit i cant open my main city - 9/10 launching the game i get this kind of massage. I still have connection to internet but only simcity doesn't get it

After empty caching and data multiple times the game started working well for a couple of weeks, without any other error.

It lasted until the release of the new regions update 3 weeks ago.

Then the problem came back even worst.

I cleaned the cache and empty data multiple time again. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it multiple times (and all the times I have to replay the initial trial game).

I spend time (hours) to enter the regions. I stopped completely developing them because I got the error 99 times over 100.

(and when the error occurs the game exits so I have to reload the main city and try to reload the region again; it is a pain)

I cannot do any region-related task during CoM and I am forced to skip them. How can I compete? 

In the last days even loading the main capital city is becoming a big issue.

This morning after 1 hour I gave up trying.

Currently I am writing here because at the same tme I trying again to enter the game with not success.

What should I do if not giving it up completely after 1,5 years I'm playing on?

    I did a kind of clean-up of my device (it is a Nexus 5X). Nothing changed.

    I could not try it in any other device (and I will not change my phone for SC).

    The fact is that last update broke the game for me, so for sure it is something related to this update.

    And it is not the first time. Last year I had problems with War view. And after 1 year it was fixed. (same device)

    Now problems with regions. Should I wait 1 year to see it fixed?

      I'm having the same problem.  Currently can't get back to capital city from the regions - app loads (or attempts) to load capital city and app then freezes and closes.  This has been happening at times since the extra regions were added a month ago.  Also happened when the regions were added several months ago.  I have reported these issues several times.  Some advice has been upgrade software or make sure GB available.  Currently have 7 GB available; ios 9.3.5 (Apple advise ios 8 or greater).  Suspect it is an issue with the app as other apps working fine as is internet.  VERY frustrating.

      One positive is at least when the app is working my progress is being saved.  This wasn't happening in October and included a two day period when nothing was saving.
