Is farming accounts illegal?
I have a friend who farms accounts with AI [Edit - Admin.]
Like I said, I don't think that's illegal. But I found that even very trivial things like having a second account CAN BE called as "cheat...

If there's a player or some in my club they use hack or cheat
Will I get a ban too?
There is a risk of your city being banned if you are buying hacked items from a club mate.
Not worth it, in my opinion.
