Items in Depot gone

So I loaded things into my depot to sell to my team members and 1 out of 4 just disappear and no exchange of money. They didn't buy it, I didn't advertise it as it's for my team members first but it's just gone. This has happened 3 times now and I wanted to be sure before I came here and someone said I was crazy.
