Play the game daily but always out of Simoleons, i Dont believe the taxes collected are in line with the size of the cities built, my main city has a population of 3.1 million and i get 32k, also why...

If you expand region too. that's totaly normal you are in dedt. There that's costly like in capitol except you will not receive income bcos the taxe aren't caculate with the pop of region. Only capitol is use for the math so don't waste time and ressource there.
