I Have Two Issues:

** 1. I’m not sure if what is happening is some sort of glitch or just part of the new update & I’m just going to have to deal with it…

Unfortunately, I have depleted over 3 million Simoleons, everything in my NeoBank & all of my regional currencies trying to make my Sims happy again. My approval rating has gone from 100% to under 40% in every regional city! Now since my Sims are so unhappy…I barely get any daily Simoleons from City Hall. So, I started bulldozing residential buildings to try & get my Sims to a point where they are happy again, but it hasn’t even put a dent in it.

If you think I’m going to spend the amount of $$ Real Money $$ to buy enough Simoleons to upgrade my services to get my city back up & going…you need to think again. I would hate to do it, but I would delete my account before that happens😕

 

** 2. This glitch started right after the new update…

Every time I have been on the game for more than 3-4 minutes…the game just freezes up on me & I have to log out & back in again. Sometime this happens as soon as I load the game or as soon as I click on anything. Can someone please help me with this issue?

    1. I can't speak on this as you have already started doing whatever your strategy has been and sorry it's depleting Simoleons and Neosimoleons. You shouldn't have to spend any real money, my opinion.
    2. Are you playing on iOS?

    1. Well, what I mean by having to spend real money is to purchase more Simoleons instead of collecting them each day because I hardly get any from city hall since everyone is so unhappy.

    Which device? iPhone or iPad? A-Series or M-Series?

    Do you have access to a different network? Mobile Data -> WiFi/WiFi -> Mobile Data, or WiFi -> WiFi?

    More suggestions to follow depending on your answers to these questions.

    iPad 10th Gen as for the Series….I have no idea 🤷‍♂️ S-N starts with an “M”

    I have this issue when I’m on a network or on cellular :/

    It's A-Series. 😓 A-Series seems to be most affected. 

    If your OS and Game are updated and this occurs on any network, I have a post with the most effective troubleshooting and some experimental options titled, "iPhone/iPad."

    I haven't received much feedback, except players reporting switching to M-Series or Android, which makes sense because they are higher performing devices than A-Series.

    SimCity Buildit is a heavy GPU and memory intensive game for 3D rendering in real time.

    Anyway, if you haven't given my suggestions a try yet, consider it. Then, if those things don't work...

    Given that your device is 4 years old, I suspect that an upgrade to a newer device would be most effective.

    Thanks for the insight. I’ll try some of the troubleshooting, otherwise, it is what it is….upgrading my iPad isn’t an option for a game 🤪
