Legit players are removed when they choose assignments with double points

Hello everybody I have just been told that many legit players were sent to NI during war, when they chose an assignment that gives double points e.x. upgrade a disaster, monster sea attack etc. S...

Wow! What a bummer!
It does sound like a possible bug, though I have not experienced it myself yet.
I've done war deliveries and monster attacks but no war card upgrades or war attacks.
Have you already submitted a ticket to support?

@jpoosterom Thanks for your feedback...I have encountered this situation with others (via private message) and have learned how to move forward and in each case they were placed back in the mayor’s club. Although this circumstance is unique I suspect the possible solution is the same.

The first step is contact technical support and politely explain the situation (in simple terms as translation can be an issue) and ask for assistance...they have the ability to reinstate your city (as it was prior to removal) into your mayor’s club - but only as a member. There is potential that your prior city is still there as President but you can not access. That brings in another challenge, which again has been previously solved by having them delete the initial city (President) and the role reverts to your highest level VP. Regaining the position will require cooperation and communication with the new President. When you get to that point, send me a PM and I’ll walk through the process with you. Good luck.
