Lost simcash Don't waste your money

I have been saving to buy another Maxis Manor and had 7200 simcash. I logged on the other day and balance had dropped to 160 Contacted EA support who have offered 75 cash compensation Have complained this is a joke. They try to blame me for accidentally buying something Not 7000 worth Some of it was won but some purchased Also purchased mayor's pass So my advice is don't ever spend real money as there is no guarantee that you will keep what you buy
