Thats true - i also have no idea where to change SimCash to Keys ?!?!
- I believe the bubbles that you see in neighboring city's are called loot drops, I suspect that's where the items will pop. Cheers
- They pop in your own city as well.

- If you go in to the item you want to buy with keys then buy it it will ask if you want to purchase it with cash
