I'm afraid to pull the trigger and install it after the last update...but it seems somewhat solid from the discussion on here.
i've been playing with update since yesterday and here is my overall conclusion
good things:
- improved WU disaster rewards (more keys)
- eased WU disaster damage (easier repairs)
bad things:
- beach items drop from city bubbles ( rare and crowd storage even more)
- beach facilities have strange range (they can only reach beachside properties and have only +30% max
